How we can help you

Venue hire

Finding the right venue for your event can be one of the toughest parts of the planning. We can recommend some of our partner venues or help you source somewhere completely different. We can even help with rate negotiation and booking. We’ve worked with venues like the George Washington, Crowne Plaza, South Shields Football Club, Little Haven and Gateshead Hilton (and many more!) for many years and have a network of contacts across the North East, so don’t hesitate to ask if you’re struggling to find the perfect place for your party.

Branding

Branding is an important element in any corporate event. We can brand pretty much anything you like – the sky’s the limit! Lighting and dancefloors are our speciality. We can project your company logo onto walls and ceilings. We can even source cakes in your company colours (always a great way to round off a sit-down meal for your team). Provide us with your logo and brand colour palette, tell us what you want to brand up, and we’ll do the rest.

Risk assessments and insurance

Safety is always our top priority. We’ve been helping our corporate clients for years, so we understand exactly what kind of paperwork you’ll need in place. We can provide full risk assessments ahead of an event. We are fully insured up to £5m and all our equipment is safety tested to the highest standards on a regular basis. We also sterilise all equipment at your venue with our own fogging machine, so you can be as confident as possible that your team stays safe and Covid-free.
